In terms of accessibility, Parc Greenwich is within walkable distance to the MRT station, however, some would say that it is a bit far. The closest station is Fernvale LRT station which is a 11 minutes’  walk away. Having said that, there is a bus stop that is located just in front of the development that residents can take to the LRT station. The buses also provide direct access to Yio Chu Kang MRT  station and Serangoon MRT station which are located on the North-South Line and North-East  Line/Circle Line respectively. As for drivers, the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE), Tampines  Expressway (TPE), Seletar Expressway (SLE) and Central Expressway (CTE) are all easily accessible from Parc Greenwich, with the furthest being only a 6 minutes drive away.  

There is an abundance of amenities surrounding Parc Greenwich as it is located in an established housing estate, hence future residents will not have to worry about their shopping and dining needs.  Malls that are all within 10 minutes from the EC includes, Greenwich V, Fernvale Square, Seletar  Mall, Compass One, and Rivervale Plaza. The closest grocer is Cold Storage located within  Greenwich V which is a 2 minutes’ walk away from Parc Greenwich.

Education institutions within the area are not sparse either, with the nearest being Fernvale Primary  School and Pei Hwa Secondary School. Other schools that are under 10 minutes drive away are Nan  Chiau High School, Rosyth School, Nanyang Polytechnic and Anderson Serangoon Junior College.  Families looking to move into the area will not have to worry as there are many schools catering to students of all ages. There is even a Skool4Kidz Campus just 7 minutes away for the young ones.

However, the  3-Bedroom Deluxe, 3-Bedroom Premium and 4-Bedroom Premium units are still available. The 3- bedroom units offer beautiful views of the gardens and lush surroundings but also allow an abundance of light to enter, making the interior bright and airy. The 4-bedder units come with a  kitchen that opens out to the balcony which can be used as a dining or entertainment area.
